At Ford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
